HackHU is being hosted for the first time by Hofstra’s Computer Science Society in conjunction with Hofstra’s Center for Entrepreneurship. HackHU is an opportunity for students of all skill levels to work together to create fun projects and to stay up all night to learn new things.

All hacks are welcome. Arduinos and Raspberri Pis will be provided if you would like to do a hardware hack. 

Event Schedule:

6:00 PM: Registration opens

7:00 PM: Opening talks

7:30 PM: Start coding

12:00 PM: Pizza will be delivered

7:30 AM: Submission due to DevPost

8:00 AM: Presentations

9:00 AM: Winners Announced

Eligibility

Teams sizes: Maximum of 4 People

Any current Undergrad and Grads are eligible to participate from the following Universities/Colleges

  • Hofstra University
  • Adelphi University
  • LIU Post
  • Nassau Community College

Requirements

Projects are recommended to focus on benefiting the community but any projects are welcome!

Projects have to be submitted to our DevPost page by 7:30 AM Friday, November 11th

You will be given 2 minutes to present a demo of your project, not a slideshow of your project.
